Eugenia Menéndez Rakosnik joined Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate as partner in April 2026 with the objective of adding to the current team strong knowledge in technology and developing new business services focused on technology and AI talent.
Eugenia is a results-driven technology executive with an extensive track record of driving growth and strategic transformation. Throughout her career, she has held pivotal roles at VASS, a Spanish digital transformation consulting services firm, including Managing Director for the Catalan market, where she spearheaded business development and regional operations. Her leadership extended to shaping corporate Strategy and Sustainability, as well as heading the M&A department, where she successfully executed inorganic growth initiatives to expand the company’s global footprint.
She also served as a Partner at IBM Global services, focusing on high-level business development for IBEX 35 accounts. With a deep understanding of the tech landscape, she excels at bridging the gap between complex technological solutions and large-scale business objectives, consistently delivering value to top-tier organizations.
Eugenia is a Chemical Engineer from the Instituto Químico de Sarrià (IQS). She also holds a Master in Finance from INSEAD and has completed a Sustainability and Governance program at Oxford University.
She is based in Seeliger y Conde - Kingsley Gate Partners’ Barcelona office.
