Alejandro joined Seeliger y Conde Kingsley Gate in 2025 as a Senior Partner. With a wealth of experience in investment banking, strategic consulting, and leadership in the retail sector, he brings valuable insights to the Private Equity, Venture Capital, Consumer & Retail, and Commercial Banking sectors. Alejandro is known for his strategic advising to consumer companies, family groups, financial services, Private Equities, and Scale Ups.

Alejandro has successfully advised major retailers, consumer brands, and family-owned businesses on expansion strategies, digital transformation, operational efficiency, and talent development. His approach focuses on business strategy, change management, team leadership, and the professionalization of organizations in dynamic environments. He has also supported Scale Ups in raising funds, forming management teams, and implementing sustainable growth strategies.

Before joining Seeliger y Conde Kingsley Gate, Alejandro was the Director of Transformation of Home and Fashion at El Corte Inglés, where he led key optimization and growth projects. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Deloitte and William Blair, advising companies and Private Equity firms on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings in the consumer and retail sectors. At Talengo, he led the Private Equity and Venture Capital practices, contributing to investment goals and the selection of key professionals. At Egon Zehnder, he led leadership search and assessment processes for IBEX 35 companies and family-owned businesses, helping them design succession plans and strengthen their executive teams.

Alejandro began his career at Bear Stearns in the foreign exchange derivatives area. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, he is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
